NOTES: This Vacheron Constantin 7592 is an iconic screw back time only ultra thin watch from the 1960's. The VC Caliber 1120 is a legendary ultra-thin automatic movement that’s been a staple of high-end watchmaking since 1967. Based on the Jaeger-LeCoultre 920 ébauche (also known as the 930 at JLC), it was developed exclusively for top-tier brands like Vacheron Constantin, Audemars Piguet, and Patek Philippe—JLC never used it in their own watches. Measuring just 2.45mm thick, it remains one of the thinnest full-rotor movements ever made. Despite its delicate dimensions, the 1120 is renowned for its reliability, beautiful finishing, and technical finesse. It’s still found in select Vacheron models today, a true icon of understated sophistication.

According to the Vacheron Constantin patrimony department, the watch serial numbers match and the watch is from 1969. No archive extract was ordered.
