BRACELET: Omega stainless steel 1116/575
CONDITION REPORT: The dial is in mint condition and retains the original tritium markers in original condition. The hands match and are the original tritium hands. The case is in overall good condition. The bezel has a few signs of wear, but overall, is intact with no major damage.
NOTES: The rarest variant of the 145.022-69 caseback is the Apollo XI caseback, which is speculated to only have been delivered to Japan. The present watch comes with its original box and blank warranty certificate. The inside of the box contains writing in Japanese, which translates loosely to:
